Read the requested service, customer observations and available records.
Project Lazon is a pre-arrival platform. Receive a customer-prepared arrival packet or invite a customer to prepare one, clarify missing details before the visit, and coordinate the next step with your team.
Joining an existing shop? Sign in with the account your manager invited. Account help includes resending confirmation and recovering your password. No payment is requested during signup.
Keep your ordinary calls, texts, email, inspection and estimate workflows. Use the arrival packet to begin with the customer's information already organized.
Read the requested service, customer observations and available records.
Ask about information needed for this visit. Routine maintenance does not need a symptom story.
Agree on the next step and an appointment, flexible arrival or drop-off when appropriate.
Keep customer-reported information distinct from the shop's findings and completed work.
Project Lazon starts with customers who are a couple of days out or still establishing a request. The arrival packet helps the customer bring useful information so the advisor spends less time rebuilding the story.
What happened, when it happens, what changed, what was tried, and what matters today.
Relevant documents and customer-confirmed facts arrive with provenance instead of unsupported conclusions.
Missing customer, shop, timing, transport, or external requirements stay visible before the visit.
Mobile service is a way work can be delivered, not a separate class of business. An independent shop, dealership, multi-location group, or mobile-only operator can state the rides and work it handles, where service can happen, what it wants, and what it does not want.
The shop declares offered work, hard boundaries, preferred work, service area, and current capacity.
The shop can indicate in-shop, mobile, pickup/delivery, more information needed, or unavailable—without Project Lazon promising the outcome.
Exact customer or service-location details belong in the accepted handshake, not in broad public discovery.
Many tools answer calls, book appointments, create estimates, manage repair orders, or collect payment. Project Lazon concentrates on the customer-owned context and evidence that must cross the customer-to-shop boundary clearly before and during service.
A Project Lazon Connected location can manage its own current capability and work-appetite signals. Connected means that location participates; it does not mean Project Lazon declares the shop better than a public listing or sells preferential recommendations.
Vehicle and contact details, requested maintenance or a concern, and any useful photos or records. The customer reviews their arrival packet before sharing it.
Review the request, clarify missing details, and agree on an appointment, flexible arrival or drop-off. Inspection, estimates and work authorization follow the shop's normal process.
A shared packet is information for the visit. It does not promise availability, book an appointment, confirm coverage, or authorize work.
